Roberto Navarro opened his first gallery in 1978, as a result of his experience as a collector and dealer in Paris.

His passion has always been 20th Century decorative art, from which he has brought over thirty years of experience.

In his Toronto gallery, Roberto has personally organized a number of exhibitions focusing on different aspects of 20th Century art and design, illustrating his wide range of interests, including: Josef Hoffmann graphic studies, furniture and objects, Canadian Artists working in Mexico 1930 – 1970, as well as solo exhibitions of major Hungarian Avant Garde artists.

One of his particular obsessions is Venetian glass. Over the years he has formed a fine collection, important enough to be shown in Canadian and Italian museums.
The Navarro Gallery offers a wide selection of vintage 20th Century furniture, lighting, ceramics, glass, textiles and fine art.
